When you bought these chops on super mark-down, stuck them in the freezer and forgot about them, until you decided to put pea soup in the slowcooker tomorrow morning and on a whim pulled them out, to fill the role of ham,
and you brine them in the prettiest brine in hopes of salvaging the freezer burn,
and are amazed to discover:
delicious dinner.
