When you need to stretch, and then there is this view.

When you twiddle around your home in the morning, dealing with all of the things, in tears because you love this place so dearly, and the thought of leaving it--for even the littlest bit--is full of poignant sad, and then you climb out on the porch and dwell in the Peace and the Silence, while the bees buzz and the early breeze washes you, 

full of Sweet and Grace.
